All residents were tested on 1/27/22, three residents are quarantining for testing positive for COVID-19 at this time. All staff and residents are currently being tested twice a week. All residents were tested on 10/12/21, no residents have tested positive for COVID-19 at this time. All staff is currently being tested twice a week, visitation will remain open as long as no additional positive employees or residents are identified. All residents were tested on 8/16/21 and again on 8/19/21, no residents have tested positive for COVID-19 at this time. All staff is currently being tested twice a week, and visitation remains suspended until July 30ᵗʰ. We greatly appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to keep your loved one safe.
7/15/2021 – Notice to Residents & Families: River City Rehab has had 2 employees to test positive for COVID-19. All residents were tested on 7/14/21, and there are no positive residents at this time. All staff is currently being tested, and visitation has been suspended until July 20ᵗʰ if there are no positive results.

09/08/2020 – Today’s announcement by the governor is a significant step forward in achieving our shared goal of reuniting our residents with their loved ones. We know you are looking forward to being reconnected with your loved one in person and like you, we look forward to returning some sense of normalcy to our center so our residents can once again experience it as the place they know as their home. We are in the process of putting the policies in place to reopen safely to visitors based on the state’s guidance and will communicate those procedures very soon.
